PassPort

I carry my passport in my hip pocket which causes it to bend. I'm concerned that this might damage the microchip or antenna embedded in the new passports. Also, the cover of the passport curls when exposed to high humidity and temperature.

This passport sleeve solves both problems. It's stiff enough to limit the bending issue and contains the passport so the cover remains flat. I printed this in PETG with 50% infill (support required). Perhaps ABS would be a better choice, but I hate printing the stuff because of the fumes.

This was designed to fit the standard U.S. passport (125mm x 88mm). If you've ordered the frequent traveler passport with extra pages, you may be able to scale this in the Z-axis and still make it work.
