Mini-Z MX01 4x4 Servo Adapter Mount w/ bumper mount.

Designed to replace oem servo setup, you'll need to cut the original servo flush with the battery mount. Use an 5 wire to 3 wire adapter or 5 wire micro servo. I like using the PTK7465WMG micro servo, can be found for less than 6 dollars if you are lucky on AliExpress.
