Atmospheric Motor - ATMO

I think my next step is to re-assemble the motor with the drum in place. Ground one side of the high voltage spars. Connect the other side to a high voltage source.
I thought I might try hauling up a fine wire with my drone. Balloon(s) would work too. Need to be calm conditions.
The aluminum spars are 29.5mm long. The carbon fiber rod is uncut so far and is 40cm long.
The six inch acrylic tube is 28mm long.
