Description
1/4 turn throttle tube cam for Torc1 Lockon Grips
Flip the part upside down in your slicer, so the small recess around the teeth faces upwards ( I was too lazy to fix this in fusion)
I bought myself a set of Torc1 Racing Defy lockon grips, but found none of the included cams matched the cam profile for the 1/4 turn throttle tube that came with my Mikuni TM42 flatside carb
The teeth inside the cam aren't a perfect match, so will knock the very top off the matching teeth (maybe 0.1mm worth) on the throttle tube, but this doesn't effect it's use at all, and even when putting one of the included cams back on they still work perfectly.
I used supports to make sure the cutouts for where the cables run printed perfectly
no rafts, 20% infill, 0.2 resolution
I've included the f3d file for this model incase anyone needs to edit it for another brand of lockon grips, as brands like ODI & Renthal use a octagonal mating surface instead of teeth inside the cam, Pro Taper uses square teeth, etc
