Adapter for Serfas bike headlights to Garmin-style handlebar mounts

Serfas' original headlight handlebar mount UNI-BRKT (https://www.serfas.com/shop/replacement-parts/light-parts/uni-brkt-universal-handlebar-bracket-31-8mm) uses a rubber strap that may not keep the light aligned on unsmooth terrain. This adapter attaches the light to various 3rd-party Garmin / Wahoo / Bryton style handlebar mounts. Many of these mounts use a removable plastic bayonet attached with two M3 bolts spaced by 22 mm. This adapter replaces the bayonet. The clip bracket (upper part) in the Serfas mount is removable and can be mounted to this adapter using a M3 bolt and an M3 nut in the bottom of the adapter.

No support structures needed thanks to a 0.2 mm layer above the nut. Pinch it with the M3 screw.
