Headset Cup Press Tool for Cane Creek 40 ZS44 ZS56

This is a set of two dies (top and bottom) I designed and used to press in the Cane Creek 40 zero stack tapered headset cups. It may work for other Zero Stack 44 - Zero stack 56 tapered headsets but no guarantees.

It is designed to be used with a ½-13 threaded rod, nuts, and 1-½ washers. I ended up using 2in washers and they worked with no issues. I used two ¾ wrenches to tighten the press slowly until the cups were seated.

I printed them entirely solid by bumping up the wall count until there was no infill. I'm not 100% sure if that was necessary, but it worked and didn't really use that much filament, less than 90 grams total. I printed them in PLA and that seemed to work just fine.
