USE AT OWN RISK!

Desktop monitor mount with 75/100mm vesa mount.
Designed to swing horizontally 45° with a pivot range of 10°.

Mounting the main stand:
Position the spring clamp mount to any thickness desk as required.
Adjust the mounting position accordingly along the back edge of the desk.
Making sure the spring clamp is tight and gripping the desk, tighten the screws on either side of the upper flat gusset brackets.

Mounting the monitor...
Install the vesa mount to the back of the monitor with monitor supplied vesa mount screws.
Install hinging/pivot mount to vesa mount with 2x M5 pivot bolts and washers. Add silicon grease between the swivel clamps if required.
Tighten at an angle with a generous amount of friction. Further adjustment may be required.
Install vertical slide hinge mount to main stand.
Lift monitor into place and install M8 hinge bolt with nylok nut. Add silicon grease between the swivel clamps if required.
Adjust nylok nut to have a generous amount friction to prevent accidental bumping. Further adjustment may be required.

610x365mm (27") monitor with a weight range of 3.5-5kg shown for the purposes of the design.
The screen face is approx 120mm from the back edge of the desk.
The desk is approx 20-25mm off the wall.

3x Printed Parts.
Recommend printing with ABS however for testing purposes test with PLA.
4 wall loops
4 shells, top and bottom.
30-40% infill

Desktop Monitor Mount/Stand BOM:
2020 Extrusions for stand...
1x 60mm (anti-tip foot below desk)
1x 100mm (anti-tip foot above desk)
1x 150mm (anti-roll foot below desk, keeps the main stand from rotating - length may need increasing)
1/450-550mm Main Stand (or height as required)

2x 20x20 Internal corner brackets
4x 60x60 flat gusset brackets
24x M5x10 SHCS/BHCS
24x M5 Block T Nuts
Adjust numbers as required.

Hinge Mount Fixings
1/ M8 x 100mm Hex Head bolt (horizontal hinge axle)
1/ M8 Nylok Nut
2/ M8 Flat Washers
2x M5 x 60mm SHCS with nuts (vertical pivot axles)
2x M12 x12mm SHCS (for locking height)
2x M5 Block T Nuts
6/ M5 Flat Washers

Spring Mount Fixings
4x M5 8mmØ x 10mm long spaces
4x M5 x 20mm SHCS
2x 75-120mm tension springs - you may need to customize a spring or use a pair of heavy duty elastic bands.
