3" Corrugated Pipe Clamps and Union Couplers

These clamps and couplers are for clamping two 3" Corrugated Pipes together.
( Don't judge my print I thought my PETA CF filament was dry and it wasn't :-/ )

There are 3 different style clamps:

• Option 1: Clamp 1 & 2 - Bolt - Used to bolt the clamp together. Uses a M6 x 45mm Bolt or 1/4" x 1.75" bolt. This is already set up with supports. Print these flat side of the support down and a brim to promote support. while printing. (fin supports facing down)

• Option 2: Clamp 1 & 2 - Screw - Same as above but uses a standard drywall size screw to couple the clamp. This is already set up with supports. Print these flat side of the support down and a brim to promote support. while printing. (fin supports facing down)

• Option 3: Clamp 1 & 2 - 2 Screws - These do not have a hinge. These are a clam shell style and require 2 screws to secure the clamp. This is the faster to put together and do not require pins to keep the two sides together. These files print with the side down. You should not need supports or a brim for printing these. These are stronger since you are printing them on their side and the layers are lateral.

** Pins: You need two pins if you are choosing Option 1 or 2. Option 3 does not require pins.

** Union: The Union file is used to join 2 - 3" corrugated pipes together. You can also use these adapter for many other uses. If you need to make your own, the OD side of this coupler is 79.80 mm or 3.14"

** Printing Material: Print with the hardest engineering grade material you have. PETG at a minimum. PLA will work, but over time the UV brake down and could fail. Highly suggest ABS, PC-CF, ePA-CF, PEK, Etc.
