Vaude Steckschnalle Adjust Buckle

I have a rocksolid Vaude Backpack, that I bought around 2006. Just 2 male parts of the adjust buckles 20 and 25mm have lost one or both of their pins.
Buying a new pair of the countless replacement buckles was no option for me, because the female part can not be removed from the straps without cutting the seams.

My design has a flat bottom for the ease of printing, and needs only minimal support. I printed with .4 nozzle, .2 layer heigt, Infill 85%, material: ABS. Other materials have certainly other stiffness, so this might affect the release force.
