Caste in glass or silicone
Update: I've added silicone molds to make the process easier. Crop the model with Simplify 3d or whichever slicing software used in the process.
Just print in PLA or PET/G and pour the silicone. Then weld the pieces after they dry with more silicone.
Excuse me for the molds. The pipe was originally way too big and when I scaled it was off center. Hopefully it turns out well. If there's any needed alteration mark it down.
