This is my original design of a minimalist watering can for plants. The model was created with a clean, modern look and practical everyday use in mind – perfect for houseplants and potted plants.
The watering can is designed to be printed without supports, but it does require proper bridge settings in your slicer.
🖨️ Print Settings (Important)
Materials:
PLA
PETG
Layer height:
0.2 mm
3 walls
Flow / Extrusion Multiplier:
110% – required to make the model watertight and leak-free
I personally tested 120%, but it was too much – the extruder could not keep up with the material flow
Supports:
❌ Not needed
Bridges:
⚠️ Must be set correctly in the slicer
I will add a photo with my bridge settings for reference
💧 Watertight Print
To ensure the watering can is fully watertight, you must:
increase flow to at least 110%
have a properly calibrated extruder
These settings were tested by me in real use.
