Refined 4x keystone to PCI bracket/cover adapter

This is 4x keystone to PCI bracket/slot adapter, allowing for connecting up to 4 keystone extensions.

It is a refined version of the Keystone PCI Slot Mount. The fourth port has been restored and the fingerprint for the keystone holders was shrunk ensuring the adapter can comply with modern motherboards while keeping all 4 ports operational.

Printing

The adapter is split into two parts: the main body and the lock. Splitting the model in two parts ensures it can be printed in the flat position, which is ~3x stronger that it would have been printed vertically. Additionally, this allows for keeping the locking element thin (0,8mm), while preserving the strength.

Processing

To join two parts together one might use (super) glue, 2x M2 ISO 14582 6mm countersunk flat-head Torx machine screws, or a combination of two. Additionally, the contact surfaces might be flatten with sandpaper to ensure better bond.
