Sailmaking Blocks for RC sailboats

This is a set of sailmaking blocks based on Swede Johnson's designs. I have several formats available, even a photocopy of the original drawings and instructions. I have his original drawings, but using modern CAD software, I faired his curve properly and provide a new set of dimensions. The 3D STEP and STL files are based on that faired line.

There are two blocks. One is a 24-inch 5º angle block and the file name is obvious in the files list. The other is an 18-inch 3º angle block and the original files were dated 1983, so look for the "1983" names in files list.

STL- files ready to 3D print and glue

STP- This a very basic 3D file of the block. It is for modification, such customizing for your printer or adding features.

DXF- 2D drawings for CAD use.

PDF- 2D drawing for paper printing.

Update- I added a 4 degree bevel STL version of the 1983 block.
