Vileda Z11 gear

I broke the gear wheel that holds the one-way bearing (freewheel) on my Vileda. It's available for a few euros, but I liked designing and printing it. I can't vouch for its sturdiness, but mine is working fine so far.
Be careful not to lose the bearing, as it must be retrieved from inside the original gear wheel and reinserted the correct way.
To facilitate insertion (forced by pressure), you can also print the insertion pin. The bearing must be pushed all the way in.
The original wheel design wasn't sturdy enough to print with PLA or ABS, so you can also find the design for a sturdier version.

Ho rotto la ruota dentata che tiene il cuscinetto unidirezionale (ruota libera) del mio Vileda. Si trova a vendere per pochi Euro, ma a me piaceva disegnarlo e stamparlo. Non garantisco per la sua robustezza, ma al momento il mio sta funzionando.
Attenzione a non perdere il cuscinetto, perché va recuperato da dentro la ruota dentata originale e fate attenzione a reinserirlo nel verso corretto.
Per facilitare l'inserimento (forzato a pressione) potete stampare anche la spina di inserimento. Il cuscinetto va spinto completamente fino a battuta.
Il disegno della ruota originale non era sufficientemente robusto per la stampa con PLA o ABS, quindi trovate anche il disegno di una versione più robusta.
