Description
These are fatgrips for engaging more forearms while using a 27, 28 or 30 mm handle or barbell in training.
Inner diameter: 27, 28 or 30 MM
Outer diameter 27-28mm: 45 MM
Outer diameter 30mm: 50 MM
More versions will follow soon. If you need a certain size, please let me know!
Print in TPU:
Nozzle Temperature: 210–240°C (start with 220°C and adjust based on filament brand)
Bed Temperature: 40–60°C (a thin layer of glue stick or painter’s tape can help adhesion)
Print Speed: 20–40 mm/s (start slower, around 20–25 mm/s, to ensure proper extrusion)
Layer Height: 0.2–0.3 mm (thicker layers can improve adhesion for flexibility)
Retraction Distance: 1–2 mm (minimize to prevent clogging)
Retraction Speed: 10–20 mm/s (slow to avoid filament buckling)
Cooling Fan: 20–30% (minimal cooling to prevent warping)
Infill Density: 20-25% (lower for more flexibility, adjust based on desired firmness)
Wall Thickness: 1.2–2 mm (provides structure while maintaining flexibility)
Support: None
Use a direct drive extruder if possible, as Bowden systems can struggle with flexible filaments. You may have the ability to adjust the Z offset a slight amount.
