Great job, askenar, for making it publicly modifiable!
My modification involves both the base, increased from 40 mm to 41 mm to reduce friction, and the screw part, to which I added two lugs to improve the grip and keep my hand from falling apart. Enjoy!

La mia modifica riguarda sia la base, portata da 40 mm a 41 mm per ridurre gli attriti, sia la parte a vite, cui ho aggiunto due alette per migliorare la presa e non disfarmi la mano. Godetevelo.
