Antenna Mirror mount adapter - v2

This is a set of mount insulators for the JBC995 Mirror adapter for a multitude of tripods with various neck diameters. This has been tested on the following models.

• Quick-Set brand HOBBY Custom 303 tripod with machined height rack, and a 22mm neck.
• Vivitar brand VPT-1200 tripod, with an exposed height rack, and a 20mm neck.
• XXYY Brand Tripod with 3 sizes of telescoping necks. Sizes, 25, 22, 19mm
• Amazon basics tripod with a 16mm neck.

##Build list: They should be correctly oriented and not require any supports.

• Print one of 25mmX7.75mm_plate_w_key - This has a 25mm cutaway. It will fit a 25mm neck and adapters have a 25mm Outside diameter.
• Print one or more of 5mm_Plate_Extension_w_Key.stl - Print at least one to help isolate the mirror bracket from the tripod body as this will affect the tuning of the radial. - More can be printed to add further isolation or move the whip mouse father from the head of your tripod.
• Print two of 25mm_strap_w_key.stl - - This has a 25mm cutaway. It will fit a 25mm neck and adapters have a 25mm Outside diameter.
• the metal plate included in the mirror mount packaging will not be required

• 19-25-w_keys.stl - like the top section of the XXYY tripod

• 25mm - 22 mm - Quick-set Hobby Custom 303 tripod
• 25mm - 20 mm _ rack - if your tripod has an exposed rack like the VPT-1200
• 25mm - 20 mm

You can use the original bolts, nuts and split washers that came with the mirror mount unit. you will not need the stainless back plate came with it. Space for the original 11mm or 7/16 nuts, has been added. You would need only one wrench to tighten them down. I placed the split washers between the bolt head and the eyelet. This provided extra spacing for the open-end wrench .

I have started using guy ropes with my radials for added stability. That is what the black line and yellow eyelets are for.

I use this with the POTA PERformer antenna designed by Greg Mihran - KJ6ER and made popular by Michael KB9VBR.

This is used to isolate the ground of the antenna from the body of my camera tripod.
