TRMNL OG mount for VESA arm system

These parts adapt an existing "multifunction arm system" [1] to an existing TRMNL OG display mount [2] to allow for your TRMNL OG display to be mounted (e.g.) under a monitor. The arm system design provides a VESA adapter plate that can be mounted to the VESA mount on the monitor; articulated arms then position an end plate at the end of the arm(s) as needed. The end plate then interfaces with an existing TRMNL mount design.

Parts

• fridge_mount_3.1.stl -- from TRMNL [2]
• HolderPlate.stl -- a modified version of Holder-small 42x18.stl - from the Small Arms Collection at [1]
  • the modification involved extending the "wings" of the mounting plate to move the screw holes out and away from the round part.
• Adapter.stl -- mates the HolderPlate with the Fridge Mount

Hardware

• (2) #8 x 0.5" machine screws w/ nut (Adapter to Fridge Mount)
• (4) M3 x 14mm machine screws w/ hex nuts (End Plate to Adapter)

Post-Processing

• if needed (depending on your printer profile), chase the holes in the HolderPlate and Adapter with a No. 31 drill bit to open the holes for the M3 screws
• if needed, chase the holes in the Adapter with a No. 21 drill bit to open the holes for the #8 screws.
