COOKIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until smooth.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.

Add flour and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

Cut using the cookie cutter.

Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes.

Let cool before decorating or serving.
