Threaded drum spout

Threaded drum spout intended to be mounted on the lid of a container in order to facilitate controlled pouring of liquid. The assembly consists of three parts: spout, screw cap and lock nut, which allow the spout to be securely fixed to the lid. Installation requires drilling a hole in the container lid matching the spout diameter. Soft washers (for example silicone, EVA foam or rubber) may optionally be used on one or both sides of the lid to improve sealing. The screw cap closes the outlet when not in use. Two versions are provided, intended for lid holes of 30 mm and 45 mm diameter. Designed to be simple to print and suitable for common plastic containers.

Broc roscat per a bidó pensat per muntar-se a la tapa d’un recipient amb l’objectiu de facilitar un abocament controlat del líquid. El conjunt consta de tres peces: broc, tap roscat i femella de fixació, que permeten subjectar el broc de manera segura a la tapa. Per a la instal·lació cal practicar un forat a la tapa del recipient amb el diàmetre corresponent al broc. Opcionalment es poden utilitzar arandeles de material tou (per exemple silicona, goma EVA o cautxú) a una o ambdues bandes de la tapa per millorar l’estanqueïtat. El tap roscat tanca la sortida quan no s’utilitza. Es proporcionen dues versions, pensades per a forats a la tapa de 30 mm i 45 mm de diàmetre. Dissenyat per ser fàcil d’imprimir i adequat per a recipients de plàstic habituals.
