Flashforge AD5X Enclosure Mod - Large Pass-through

A large enclosed pass-through that seals the opening while allowing freer movement of the PTFE tubing.

-Basic design.
-Increases tubing clearance, reducing strain on the extruder.
-Modified models C4 and D4 from the official (new version.4_20251110mf) AD5X enclosure.
-The slotted acrylic panel is replaced by 2 printable panels.

Printing tips (PETG):

The 'Hood' model is difficult to print. Slow and 100% cooling needed.
-Slow printing (60mm/s).
-Cooling fan 100%.

The other models can be printed on default settings.

Assembling instructions:

-After printing all 5 models replace models C4 and D4 from the original enclosure with the new ones.
-Slide down the left and right panels replacing the original slotted acrylic panel.
-Slide down the Hood with the PTFE tubing inside.
-Put back the top of the AD5X enclosure.

The original unmodified enclosure file is also included as backup.
