Trading and Collecting Card Game Box / Sammelkarten Box mit Unterteilern für Diverse Karten Disney Lorcana, Pokemon, Magic the Gathering

Hier meine Version für eine Lasercut Sammelkartenbox mit Unterteilern für Klassische Trading Card Games. Groß genug auch für gesleavte Karten.

Es wird 3mm Holz (auf dem Bild dunkles Walnuss Holz) und 4mm Sperrholz (helles Holz) benötigt. Da hinzu Schraubzwingen und Holzleim.
Für den Deckel und den Boden wurden zwei unterschiedliche Holztöne verwendet, aus welchen jeweils das gleiche Logo von Lorcana gelasert wurde. Die ausgelaserten Teile wurden dann jeweils beim anderen Farbton wieder eingesetzt. Dadurch entsteht das schöne Design der Box. Aus Designschutz gründen ist in den Dateien das Logo nicht enthalten und die Box kann so universal für verschieden Kartenspiele verwendet werden. Bei Bedarf kann sich jeder selber die Box designen und verzieren wie er möchte.

Montagehinweis die 3mm Teile werden von Außen auf die 4mm Platten verleimt und mit Schraubzwingen befestigt bis der Leim getrocknet ist (aufpassen, dass die Seitlichen Übergänge passen). Danach werden alle vorbereiteten Seitenteile zusammengeleimt. Nur die Seitenwände des Deckels sind einfach mit 3mm Holz.

Here is my version of a laser‑cut trading card storage box with dividers for classic trading card games. It’s large enough to hold sleeved cards as well.

It requires 3 mm wood (in the picture: dark walnut) and 4 mm plywood (light wood), plus clamps and wood glue.
For the lid and the base, two different wood tones were used, each engraved with the same Lorcana logo. The cut‑out pieces were then swapped and inserted into the opposite wood tone. This creates the beautiful two‑tone design of the box.
For design‑protection reasons, the logo is not included in the files, so the box can be used universally for different card games. If desired, everyone can design and decorate their own box as they like.

Assembly note: The 3 mm parts are glued onto the outside of the 4 mm panels and clamped until the glue has dried (make sure the side transitions align properly). After that, all prepared side pieces are glued together. Only the side walls of the lid are made from 3 mm wood.
