Self Watering Seed Starter 28 Pot Version

I liked mandooooooo's Self Watering Seed Starter so much I used the step file he provided to make a 28 pot super sized version (Thanks for providing that).

I put the water bottle in the center so it should also be able to use it as a handle to move the tray around when the seedlings are ready to plant.

Download the pots from mandooooooo's original design. Print setting should be the same as the original. (Supports are not needed for this version either)
