The Aygo has a serious flaw ;-). After 8-10 years the rear wiper breaks.
Since it is a Valeo supply the mistake Toyota made is trust French car engineering ;-(
Do you know what Valeo means ? I'm good --> yes with my money ;-)

The connection to the wiper motor shaft is a zinc alloy in injection molded PBT+GF bracket.
Unfortunately the zinc insert will be corroded and fixed on the shaft. Has to be removed
carefully in order not to damage the wiper motor (shaft, bearing)
When trying to take the hinging cover off it broken in 2 parts. I designed a new one.

Print settings 0,16-0,12 mm layer, infill 100%, material PETG. Orientation as mounted.
