Description

Boat / RV Rocker Switch Panel – 120 × 200 mm

Simple 3D rocker switch panel inspired by common boat and RV electrical panels.

This design is based around the standard-style rocker switch cutout used on the BAYWATT / RSP Series.
6 switchs / 6 breakers / 6 stickers (i put the link at the end)

The layout is designed to accept Horizontal or vertical panel mounting

Dimensions :
Panel outside size:
120 × 200 mm

Cutout / mounting hole:
98 × 188 mm

Panel mounting depth:
5 mm front panel mount
8 mm clearance behind

Rocker Switches : you have to choose the functions you need and the breakers size.
The breaker holes are made for push-to-reset thermal circuit breakers.
3A/ 5A/ 7A /10A / 15A / 20A/

The model I used includes the waterproof cap and fixing ring, so it can be used inside or outside, depending on your installation.

Labels :
The top square spaces are designed for common 15 × 15 mm marine label stickers.
There is room for future improvement here, such as:
LED backlit labels
3D printed labels
Dual-color printed icons

I do not have a dual-color extruder, so I used sticker labels for now.

Print Settings
I print all in PETG for UV protections. PLA is too brittle and i don't trust other fancy materials.
Brim: yes
Supports: build plate only
Layer height: 0.2 mm recommended
Infill: 25–40%
Walls: 4 perimeters recommended

The model includes chamfers so no internal supports should be needed.

So yes, you can print horizontally or vertically.
I think for final look depend the way you mount it , it's important.

However, mind the direction of the chamfers when slicing.
you can only choose one side vertical or one side horizontal.

Use support from build plate only.

Side Note :
I did the panel 5mm but 4mm could work too.
I will released some variant in future. it's quiet easy to do.
