Remix of the Luba 6 holder

this version has more blade exposure and it is shorter overall so the blade cut height is raised by over 1/4 ".
the reduced diameter does not affect blade position but does expose more of the slice bits for a cleaner cut.
it is also lighter than the original file so it makes up for the extra weight of the added parts
