Helldivers Spacebar Keycap

This is a printable Helldivers spacebar keycap for mechanical keyboards. It fits Cherry stems and has a OEM profile. I successfully tested it with keyboards from Ducky, Keychron and Epomaker.
This model is optimised to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. To avoid waste it is best to print this keycap with a multinozzle or multitoolhead printer. Any other multicolour printer can print this model, but the waste and print time will be significant!

Print preparation:
It is essential that your print bed is clean and grease-free. Really - take care of your print bed. Use glue if necessary and use a quality brand filament.

Print settings:
Start with the 0.12mm High Quality settings. Reduce the speed for outer walls to 120mm/s, use three walls, five tops, five bottoms and 10% gyroid infill. The line width for the initial layer must be 0.42 mm to optimise the resolution of the bottom. The line width for outer walls should be set to 0.42mm. Using only one wall on the first layer is recommended for quality.

Finishing (optional):
After printing you can wet sand the top surface to get a smooth finish. Use 180 grit sand paper (or finer) and lots of water.
Though, I did not do it here, because I liked the printed part as it is.
