A venturi vacuum pump is a pneumatic device that generates suction using compressed air and the Venturi effect, eliminating the need for electricity or moving parts.
My plan is to use this to prime the fuel system of diesel engines and bleeding brakes.
V2 is the smallest version ,but the small version only works to some extent(needs a lot more air pressure to work), @60 psi going into the tool it has .25LB of vacuum.
v3 is just a little bigger to make it have more vacuum at lower psi(not tested)
v5 is made with a 1/8 pipe thread (get a fitting from a hardware store for what ever size barbed fitting you want) It works good, I did need to use the biggest torch tip cleaner to clean out the center hole for it to work(if your printer is more fine tuned you will not have this issue). it has .25LB of vacuum @ 20psi of air going into the tool
v5.1 is my top choice, I have ran 100 psi threw it without any damage.
v6 is a two piece design you will need a 0-ring( ID of 10mm OD of 15mm) (easy to print and you can replace the barbed fitting with what ever size you need, 7mm and 10mm files are provided) (not tested)
.25LB of vacuum is enough to fill a brake bleeder container in 30 seconds
They work best from 20-70PSI after that it has less vacuum.
NOTE: my full sized version(is on this website, but not for priming fuel systems ) venturi has .25LB of vacuum at 5psi going into the tool.
