Extra Large / Long Mahjong Rack (21" or 14")

I designed this extra-long Mahjong rack for a set with tiles that are 28 mm / 1.1 inches wide. The rack is intended to function both as a tile holder and as a pusher, so I wanted something that was long enough to be at least 18.8 inches.

The full-length version measures 533.4 mm / 21 inches long. You can also print a shorter version by using only the left and right sections without the center piece, which creates a rack approximately 14 inches long.

The rack prints in four types of pieces:
• Left rack section
• Center rack section
• Right rack section
• Bowtie connector

For the full-length rack, print:
• 1 left rack section
• 1 center rack section
• 1 right rack section
• 2 bowtie connectors

For the shorter rack, print:

• 1 left rack section
• 1 right rack section
• 1 bowtie connector

The bowtie connector has a slight chamfer around the edges of the top face. If it feels difficult to insert, flip it over and try again.

I also recommend printing with a brim to help prevent the edges from curling upward during printing.
