### PicoBETH 3D Printed Button Cap Design
**PicoBETH** is an open-source badminton and tennis electronic stringing machine project based on Raspberry Pi Pico.

This is a set of **3D printed button caps designed for the PicoBETH control panel**.
These parts allow users to directly 3D print the required button caps instead of searching for suitable commercial button caps. This makes the assembly process easier, more consistent, and more friendly for DIY builders.
The design includes button caps for the main directional control area and the smaller function button area. These parts are **designed specifically for use with the PicoBETH control PCB**.
### Print Tolerance Options
To accommodate different 3D printer accuracies and material shrinkage, the following three fit tolerance options are provided:
- **Class A Fit:**
A close precision fit with almost no visible gap, tested on my 3D printer.
This version may not require additional fixing if your printer tolerance is similar.
- **Class B Fit:**
A standard clearance fit with a small amount of extra space for easier assembly.
This version provides better compatibility with different printers and may require a small amount of glue for secure attachment.
- **Class C Fit:**
A loose clearance fit with the largest gap.
This version is intended for printers or materials with larger dimensional variation and will usually require glue for assembly.
### Notes
- Actual fit may vary depending on your 3D printer, filament, print settings, and material shrinkage.
- If the fit is too tight, please try the Class B or Class C version.
- If the fit is too loose, a small amount of glue can be used for secure attachment.
- The model is designed for PicoBETH control panel use, but it may also be useful for other DIY button projects with similar dimensions.

這是一組專為 **PicoBETH 控制面板** 設計的 3D 列印按鍵飾蓋。
透過這組模型，使用者可以直接自行 3D 列印所需的按鍵飾蓋，不需要再另外尋找尺寸合適的市售按鍵帽，讓組裝過程更簡單、更一致，也更適合 DIY 製作。
本設計包含主要方向控制區與較小功能按鍵區的按鍵飾蓋，**專為搭配 PicoBETH 控制 PCB 使用而設計**。。
### 列印公差選擇
考慮到不同 3D 列印機的精度、材料收縮與列印誤差，提供以下三種配合間隙版本：
- **Class A Fit：**
精密貼合版本，幾乎沒有明顯間隙，已在我的 3D 列印機上測試。
如果你的列印機精度接近，可能不需要額外固定。
- **Class B Fit：**
標準間隙版本，保留少量裝配空間，安裝時較容易。
對不同列印機的相容性較高，必要時可使用少量膠水固定。
- **Class C Fit：**
寬鬆間隙版本，保留最大的裝配空間。
適合列印尺寸誤差較大，或材料收縮較明顯的情況，通常需要使用膠水固定。
### 注意事項
- 實際密合程度會受到 3D 列印機、線材、列印參數與材料收縮影響。
- 如果安裝太緊，請改用 Class B 或 Class C 版本。
- 如果安裝太鬆，可以使用少量膠水固定。
- 本模型主要為 PicoBETH 控制面板設計，也可依需求應用於其他尺寸相近的 DIY 按鍵專案。
