This Vertical Heat Insert Press is designed to provide a high-precision, low-cost solution using a 3030 aluminum profile and the elasticity of standard rubber bands.

- Rubber Band Return System: Instead of expensive metal springs, it uses common rubber bands (Length: 60mm) to automatically return the iron to the top position.

Printing & Assembly Tips
- Printable Profile: If it is difficult to source an aluminum profile, you can print and use the included 3030_profile.stl.
- Tolerance Adjustment: If the fit between the printed profile and the sled is too tight or doesn't slide smoothly, it is recommended to set the Horizontal Expansion option to -0.2mm to -0.3mm in your slicer settings.
- Smooth Operation: For the best performance, apply a small amount of lubricant to the sliding surfaces of the printed profile.
