Description
The original works good. The 10-32 nuts and bolts pressure fit really well so no glue is needed.
I made a jig using 3 slots. It was a little difficult to line all 3 up at the same time. The flat front/hard corners kept catching on whichever key I didn't have ahold of. I made it a little longer, added rounded ends, and a slight fillet on the edges to make it slide a little better.
I printed with PLA+ at 0.2 layer height, 15% infill, and 3 walls. So far they seem plenty strong enough.
This requires 10-32 nuts and bolts (easier to find in the US)
