Under desk modular tape holder

I got tired of tape lying around all over the place, so I made this.
It's designed so individual tape rolls can be retrieved one-handed.

It's also designed for a 14mm diameter wooden dowel as the axle, but you can also just print one instead.
I also added a version for 3/4-inch PVC piping. It can be downloaded as a zip archive.
