RigidBot Dual Extruder Plate & Mount (no X loss)

This is a dual extruder mount and X-axis plate. It is unique in that there is zero loss in build volume in the X-axis. The second extruder is mounted with only a Y-offset to do this. I wanted to keep the full 16" on the rigidbot big build plate.
Mounting is easy, simply print these 3 pieces and mount your two (or one) e3d-v6 in the slots. Then thread 3 M3 bolts through the neck pieces along the top (note that the two necks are not exactly identical). Tighten a nut on there and it should stay snug. The whole plate then mounts with the exact same footprint as the original single extruder aluminum plate.
