Proof of Concept Ratcheting Drum for Test Jig #2

This is a proof of concept ratcheting drum for syvwlch's Test Jig #2 which can be found here:

It is meant to simplify the re-winding of the string on the clock's drum without dis-assembling the jig.

Being an experiment and proof of concept, it isn't particularly parametric at this time, but should serve as a useful starting point for integration into the clockwork libs or other adaptations.

2011-05-16 - The uploaded STL file for the drum had a strange problem with the arms being mis-placed. It has been replaced with a correct version.
