Folger Technologies Kossel auto level bed probe arm

This is a printable servo arm for the auto level bed probe switch for the Kossel kit from Folger Technologies. The original arm is acrylic and there is really no way to ensure it doesn't slip on the servo gear. Since its too small to print teeth, this version uses one of the servo horns included in the servo bag. This could be used on other printers as well.
