Description
I decided to make a fume extractor to my Up mini because after a while the fumes and gases started come out from the enclosure, without any filtration and I wanted to find out how can I get rid of the smell and the toxic particles, so I designed a massive house that can fit to the top of the printer. Inside there is enough space for some activated carbon sachet, (e.g. fish tank filter) and a particle filter from a dust mask. This is just the prototype, so I am still trying to take further the design, but it seems quite effective, I tested with smoke as well. (!!!!! there is no space for the filament guide also the hole for the filament is on the left side of the extractor because I use a wall mount for my filament, I will upload a new bottom part as well soon that can fit to the original filament guide!!!!!!!!)
