Buy a cheap dish scrubber like the one in the pictures with "mexico fibre" bristles. (1,49€ at my local hardware store) "mexico fibre" is heat-resistant up to 200°C and can handle even higher temperatures if you move the Hotend accross.
Pick each bunch of bristles out of the brush
Put each bunch into the printed mount
Mount the whole assemble and adjust it to the prefered position
write a START-Gcode to move the hotend all accross the mounted brush
