Foldable card holder/tray compatible with Food Chain Magnate box

It is designed to fit FCM box (preferably lid because it's a bit bigger). It's for employees. This card holder has only 8 card rows (5 columns each) to have enough space for cards in premium sleeves. So the last row contains: kitchen trainee, burger cook, burger chef, pizza cook, pizza chef.

When slicing make sure you have enough clearence between hinges layers. The best way to assemble is to have 0,7mm drill and paper classic clips (+ something to cut them). Carefully take it off the build plate - it should go off as a single part still connected by tiny "drops" of filament in hinges clearence. Then drill the holes to make sure clips fit tightly (but not to tight). Place and cut paper clips and sand down possible sharp edges of the cut. Now use a bit of force to rotate every hinge. And you are done...

Separators are for the 2 reasons: 1 - they hold cards in nice angle, 2 - they are helpful to force all 3 holders to unfold with the same distances.
