Tonight I present to you a brand new model to add to your Christmas fairy house collection! Last year the hot cocoa mug was very popular, and this year I decided that its "cup" version would be a perfect addition to the already existing little village!
So here it is! It's a cute little cup, surrounded by fir trees and topped with whipped cream, a hard candy and a cinnamon stick!
Although it is of the same inspiration, you will notice that it is very different from its counterpart, the mug, with different elements and a unique atmosphere of its own!
Like all fairy houses, the project is very simple to make and the whole thing prints relatively quickly. The assembly is just as easy, and it can be easily illuminated using a simple battery-powered tealight.
As usual:
- All the pieces are placed in the right orientation for printing. If I have ever misplaced a piece by mistake,
do not hesitate to let me know!
- The project is 100% support free.
- File names coded by colors and quantities (when applicable)
- Some pieces were printed with fuzzy skin. It is indicated in the file name if you should use the fuzzy skin or
not. You can also print the project without fuzzy skin if you prefer.
- Some pieces require color changes. The required colors are indicated in the file name. The height of the
color change depends on your layer height. If you are not familiar with color changes, just mention it to me
in a private message and I will guide you with some links.
BAMBULAB USERS:
-A 3mf file is included for the full project.
-A STL of a one-piece version for the hard candy is included in the BambuLab folder. (in order to paint it)
-The project file already contains the color changes, however they are by layer height and not painted
(except for the hard candy), so you have to slice the plate in order to see the color changes in the preview.
-In the file, the fuzzy skin is already set by objects.
In any case, if you have any problems, you can always send me your questions in private message, and you can also check out our fantastic facebook community for some help by following the link below:
