New Dominion: Mytho-Resistance Elf Arcanist

An updated version of one of my old designs to bolster the Mytho-Resistance ranks for our New Dominion project. This one got a bit more detail added, plus some subtle re-posing. Requires support when printing, but I included a pre-supported version too.
