Polaris Windshield Clamp (both parts)

This is a clamp mechanism for a Polaris Lock and Ride windshield. This model was created based on the clamp from a Polaris 900 XP Crew-6, but it looks like it will fit other models as well. It has been tested and shown to fit well. There are two versions of each part. They work interchangeably. One version of the windshield piece (named Hinge_2pc.stl) uses M3 threaded inserts (into smaller rounded part) and socket capped screws (through the larger flat piece)- this allows for both easy printing and adjustability for thicker windshield pieces. The other windshield piece version (Hinge.stl) prints as one solid piece and requires slightly more supports. The clamping piece (Latch_wInsert) has a small cutout for an insert (originally rubber, but can be printed in TPU). The other version of the clamping piece (Latch.stl) does not have the cutout and has tested to be sufficient.
