3D Printable extrusion for when you need extrusion fast, cheap or don't have the tools to cut aluminium extrusion.
I use this stuff a lot on projects as it's strong, customisable and adjustable.
The extrusion is 2020 (20mm x 20mm) and 2040 (20mm x 40mm). They need to be printed vertically and require no supports. They are 100mm but can be scaled to any height.
Also included is a range of plates to attach parts together.
Notes:
If your printer has adhesion problems then print this with a brim.
I have removed the text from the extrusion seen in the photos to make it easier to scale.
It is possible to 3D print T-Nuts to use with M3 Nuts but they a pain to use.
The 3D printed linear actuator in the photos is not included in the parts. It uses expensive motors + rails so is not suitable for a cheap linear actuator.
