Description
Prototype of a mini-sumo robot. A simple three-layer structure is provided for the placement of two 18650 batteries (Layer 1), two motors with reduction for the wheels (Layer 2), and the electronics needed to control the robot (Layer 3). Three infrared sensors are planned to be placed on the bottom. The three layers are joined using five 3.5mm diameter through bolts with nut.
It has the regulatory dimensions for the mini-sumo category. An L293D motor driver, an Arduino Nano, an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and three TCRT5000 infrared sensors were used in this prototype.
Ideal for rapid prototyping. Useful for testing or just learning. Can be used for educational purposes - feel free to modify and test as you like!
The three .STL files of the three layers are attached, but the complete .F3Z (FUSION360) project is also added so you can modify it as you like.
