Thumb Splint Design

I designed it to be attached with a rubber band. The rubber band I had was not small enough. Using a smaller rubber band would be more effective.

I tried printing with both TPU and PLA filaments. PLA is too stiff. The flexibility of TPU filament is much better. Carbon-nylon filaments could also be preferred.

You can resize the model according to the size of your hand. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact me.
