Description

OVERVIEW The object is a toy style fighter jet, split in parts for puzzle assembly. It consists of only printed parts, and doesn't requrie glue to put together. Assembly video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGUVNTxaQj4 CONNECTION K-Pin is a push-fit pin to connect parts together. It has a specially designed section profile with a shape of "K". The profile is optimised for 3D printing by being more forgiving on tolerance. Use the included K-Pin pusher to push the pins into sockets. MAKE Print the parts in prepared orientation. Change filament color as you wish. The STL files consist of all parts at sufficient quantity. Wheels can be printed by flexible or standard filament. After printing the body, print a few pins to test the tolerance. Change horizontal expansion of pins if necessary. WARNING The geometry has some sharp corners.
