Hands-On Learning with the Unit Circle
These triangles and tray are a great way to illustrate relationships among the special values on the Unit Circle. Use the tray or the worksheets with the triangles to discover connections and sketch out curves for sine and cosine. Perfect for an introductory trigonometry lesson!
Triangles have three versions: Blank, Labeled, and Labeled with Right Angle.
I created a few worksheets and posted them as a single PDF file. If these are printed at "actual size" (100% scale), they will match the triangles printed at 100% scale. The edges of the triangles work for the corresponding heights for graphing Sine and Cosine on the coordinate axes. More details in PDF file cover sheet.
See the worksheet slideshow among the photos for what is included.
