Description
Give your awkwardly-sized COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card the durability it deserves. In case you want to see dates on the reverse side of the card, there is a second version with a view window included.
Most cards are 4"x3" but others are 4.25"x3.5" so I have included files for both sizes. Measure your card before printing!
