TRX4M WINCH (‼️functional‼️) for TRX4M Bronco, Defender, Chevrolet K10

Hello everybody
this is fully functional winch for TRX4M!

If You want to use this winch You must have different RC kit (transmitter + receiver) because original TX and RX doesn’t allow to control 3rd channel separately (if am I right - I didn’t use original TX+RX since I have TRX4M so I’m not fully sure about that🤷🏻‍♂️😉)
So if You already have TX+RX set which can separately control 3rd channel as the regular TXs, You can now download my design and enjoy functional winch 😉

You can also decide wether You’ll use Servo holder separately (print "Servo_holder") or You can choose servo holder with integrated Rock sliders (print "Right_rock_slider" and "Left_rock_slider")

Instructions:

1. Cut the plastic loop in front of front bumper (optionally You cal leave it there - it’s up to You but it looks definitely better without it). After cut of that loop You can glue "FR_bumper_hole_cover" to that new hole in front bumper

2. You can made Your own guiding tube from brass etc. as I did (see the pictures), but this is also optional - there is no problem to use winch WITHOUT this guiding tube => there is a straight line between the bumper and the winch spool so basically there is no need to do this but it’s better

3. Buy some of the micro servos like in the picture - Tower Pro micro servo "SG90" or similar.
   ‼️BUT You MUST USE 360°ROTATION SERVO WITHOUT END POINTS => SO CALLED "CONTINUOUS ROTATION" SERVO ‼️

4. Print all parts You decide to use

5. Use a suitable winch rope and glue the rope to the winch spool with epoxy, superglue etc.

6. Install printed parts, servo etc. to their position, set-up Your transmitter and ENJOY! 😀
