assembly instructions
ok so the hinge part is just printed thinner than the rest - here's how to bend it without breaking:
- print it flat
- grab a small torch (clipper lighter works perfect) - don't use a heat gun
- quick gentle passes over the hinge area - swift and light
- bend along the whole width a little; heat a little more if needed; repeat
- bend a tiny bit past where you want it (it'll probably spring back a bit since we're just hitting glass transition not actually melting it)
protips:
- if it turns white, you bent it without heating enough (rip)
- if it gets floppy or sags, you heated too much
- you can do this in stages, no need to rush it
- please don't use a heat gun
dimensions
- printed dimensions (flat): 107.48mm x 150mm x 3.12mm
